As we grow older, we remember how our teeth used to be. Due to staining, tooth wear, dental caries and some degree of gum disease, our permanent teeth with the passage of time, wear down and look different.

Back in the day we used impression materials to record impressions of prepared teeth waiting to have a Crown put on. A fit appointment was booked 2 -3 weeks after. Today, CEREC Technology allows you to have completely impression free Crowns, Bridges, Clear Aligners, Teeth Whitening Trays and bite guards.

Your First Visit…

Your first visit at Clover Dental & Implant Centre is one of our most important moments together. It’s a chance for us to get to really know each other, build a relationship of comfort, trust, and establish a baseline from which we can plan the future of your smile.

We always recommend you arrive a few minutes early for your appointment. Come right in, you will be greeted by one of our friendly front of house team, If you have forgotten to fill out your paperwork online, do not worry, you can complete this on the day, simply let the front of house team know. If you have already done this online, then just take a seat in our relaxing waiting room whilst listening to music.

Before you know it

Your Dentist will come out introduce themselves and escort you to your treatment room where a comfortable dental chair would be waiting for you.

Here at Clover Dental & Implant Centre we want to treat the person not just their teeth. Therefore, we take time in listening to your concerns and its impact on your day-to-day life. This enables us to help you in the best possible way.

Once we understand your needs and concerns, we will carry out a comprehensive assessment. This includes:

• A complete and comprehensive examination of your mouth, teeth, soft tissues, head, and neck including the TMJ – the joint of upper and lower jaw
• Oral cancer screening
• Clenching & grinding assessment
• Radiographs (X-rays) are then taken to further screen your mouth
• In some cases, clinical photographs are also taken to record the existing situation of your mouth
• Alignment of your Teeth
• Shade of your Teeth

After this assessment, we will sit down for a chat to discuss and review your assessment together, so you have an informed and clear understanding of your overall dental health. We will also give you alternate treatment options and discuss the advantages disadvantages and risks associated with each.

Once you have made your decision based on the options discussed and would like to proceed a treatment plan will then be generated for you along with the costs and payment methods.

The Dentist will then escort you back to the reception area where a member of our friendly front of house team will be able to assist you further for future bookings and complete your journey.
